Marel presents the next generation of advanced salmon retail pack slicing
Marel demonstrate its I-Slice 3300 slicing machine for smoked salmon at Seafood Processing Europe in Brussels.
The I-Slice 3300 sets new standards in the production of retail-packed salmon slices. It slices and delivers
fixed-weight batches â€“ with a variable or fixed number of slices on boards or trays â€“ at very high accuracy
and with virtually no manual handling. It has several new features such as separating head and tail slices,
and various options for how to deliver the slices for packing.
